Requirements

  • Valid Red Seal Journeyman Millwright license
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience (P3 guideline)
  • 2+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance, automation, or millwright roles
  • Strong troubleshooting experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use maintenance software
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and independent work skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with conveyors, or automated distribution systems
  • Familiarity with equipment reliability or continuous improvement methods
  • Prior work in high‑automation or fast‑paced industrial environments

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on rotating and conveyor systems
  • Diagnose root‑cause issues independently and recommend improvements
  • Rebuild and repair gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical assemblies
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure parts availability
  • Work safely while coordinating repairs to minimize downtime
