Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Five (5) years technical writing experience in an IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Serves as lead technical writer supporting Service Advisories, System Status notifications, user guides, SOPs, training materials, communications products, and major incident communications.
- Lead technical communication strategy.
- Develop executive-level communications.
- Produce service and user guides.
- Manage emergency communication products.
- Support after-hours communications requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholder review and approval cycles.
- Mentor junior writers.
