About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Senior (Tier 3) Technical Support Analyst with in-depth Information Technology (IT) and communication systems experience to support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch (C5ISR-QRC). The C5ISR-QRC aims to research and develop technologies for systematic processes of discovering, selecting, organizing, distilling, sharing, developing, and using information to better understand the enemy and their environment during full-spectrum operations. It provides advanced collection capabilities with the flexibility to address changes in the operational environment and signatures of interest to develop situational awareness by acquiring precise and timely information. This is a full-time, on-site position located at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The role is typically Monday - Friday but may require shift changes to cover off-hours and weekends. The position may also transition to 12-hour days with a shortened work week.

Requirements

  • In-depth Information Technology (IT) and communication systems experience.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch (C5ISR-QRC).
  • Experience with persistent (Picketline) and non-persistent (Trojan Soldier Portable Remote Intelligence Group - TSPRING) variants and survey (Survey Collection and Analysis Mobile Platform - SCAMP) SIGINT systems.
  • Experience with advanced troubleshooting requiring remote access or specialized diagnostic tools.
  • Experience with system anomaly resolution.
  • Experience with advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software problems.
  • Experience with administrator/service account management.
  • Experience with software/firmware updates and patching.
  • Experience troubleshooting existing dataflows with external teams.
  • Experience assisting in new dataflows for emerging data/capability requirements.
  • Experience performing system configuration management.
  • Experience rectifying or substantiating system deviations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed technical support to C5ISR TSIG Programs, including Picketline, TSPRING, and SCAMP.
  • Provide system and network support, including advanced troubleshooting requiring remote access or specialized diagnostic tools and system anomaly resolution.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware and software problems.
  • Manage administrator/service accounts.
  • Perform software/firmware updates and patching.
  • Troubleshoot existing dataflows with external teams.
  • Assist in developing new dataflows for emerging data/capability requirements.
  • Perform system configuration management.
  • Rectify or substantiate system deviations.
