About the team Alloy is a leading provider of digital identity management, helping innovative FinTech companies and banks manage KYC, AML, and other components of client onboarding. Our single API enables clients to access 50+ third-party data sources in real time to improve decision-making and streamline client experiences. As Alloy grows, we’re scaling our Channel Technical Solutions team to deliver strategic technical partnership at every stage of the client lifecycle. This role is for a Senior Technical Success Manager focused on Partnerships – someone who can own the technical relationship with Alloy’s key integration partners, scope and solution technical use cases, and act as a proactive partner ensuring joint clients adopt and optimize Alloy through those partnerships. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience supporting, implementing, and growing strategic partner relationships for complex technical products in a partner-facing role (Technical Partnerships Manager, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, or similar).
  • Served as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners, building trusted advisor relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drove partner success by aligning technical capabilities to business goals, identifying optimization opportunities, and guiding adoption of new features, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver tactical solutions.
  • Excellent communicator, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience scoping and solutioning API integrations and system architectures.
  • Hands-on technical skills in at least one of the following: REST APIs, SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), Backend languages (Node.js preferred), Web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React)
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

  • Prior experience in fraud, compliance, or financial services preferred but not required.
  • Passion for learning and applying new tools, data strategies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for Alloy partners, enabling them to independently implement, support, and optimize Alloy solutions through training, guidance, documentation, and ongoing technical consultation.
  • Partner with Implementation Managers and partner teams to design and execute complex partner-led implementations, providing architectural guidance, identifying reusable patterns, and reducing implementation complexity over time.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize recurring implementation and support motions, transforming bespoke partner requirements into repeatable frameworks, best practices, and scalable operating models.
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, proactively identifying technical risks, adoption opportunities, and areas for deeper alignment with Alloy's product roadmap and implementation best practices.
  • Analyze implementation trends across the partner ecosystem and drive recommendations that improve efficiency, consistency, and time-to-value for partner-delivered implementations.
  • Develop and deliver technical enablement programs, implementation playbooks, and other resources that increase partner self-sufficiency and expand the ecosystem's ability to successfully deliver Alloy solutions.
  • Work closely with Channel Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support to advocate for partner needs, improve implementation experiences, and influence the development of scalable platform capabilities.
  • Stay current on Alloy's platform capabilities, implementation patterns, and industry best practices, translating those insights into actionable guidance for partners and internal stakeholders.
