About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical hiring and help build high-performing remote and hybrid engineering teams. You will source, screen, and close top technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers. This is an on-site role based in NYC.

Requirements

4–7 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience (preferably in tech companies or high-growth environments)
Proven track record of hiring and supporting remote technical talent
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with engineering and product leaders
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be able to work on-site in New York City

Nice To Haves

Experience hiring for software engineering, data science, DevOps, or similar technical roles
Familiarity with remote work policies, distributed team management, and onboarding best practices
Prior experience in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (software engineers, data, product, infrastructure, etc.)
Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, communities, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and offer strategies
Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
Track pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire; continuously improve processes
Support remote employee management and onboarding coordination where needed
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical needs
Ensure a consistent, professional, and high-touch candidate experience
