About The Position
We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for the technical talent that powers SSA's branches — the Field Service Technicians, Field Service Managers, and engineers who become our Scientific Safety Professionals. This is a builder's role for someone who loves the hunt, holds a high bar, and wants real ownership in a company that's scaling fast. Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, with a track record hiring technical, field-service, skilled-trades, or engineering talent.
- Real sourcing mastery — you get replies from busy, employed professionals.
- An eye for A-Players and the ability to sell them on a mission-driven, employee-owned culture.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, ideally across multiple or field-based sites.
- An ownership mindset — self-directed, entrepreneurial, and energized by fast growth.
Nice To Haves
- Bonus: exposure to field service, calibration/metrology, controlled environments, life sciences, or medical device.
Responsibilities
- Own recruiting end to end — intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer, and close — with personal accountability for every hire.
- Hunt for A-Players — proactively find and win the top 10% of technical talent, the people who won't apply on their own.
- Partner with hiring managers across our branches to define what "great" looks like and guide confident, timely decisions.
- Source the passive market — LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean/X-ray search, referrals, and competitor talent mapping.
- Build pipelines ahead of demand and map talent in new geographies as we grow through acquisition.
- Tap industry communities (CETA, NSF, NEBB) and the broader field-service and skilled-trades network.
- Protect the culture — screen for our values and advance only people who'll thrive as owners.
