As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for full-cycle recruitment of candidates across a broad spectrum of roles at different levels. These could include from the leadership level to higher volume mid-level, to early-career level roles. Accountabilities include sourcing and screening candidates, acting as an advisor and partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing detailed assessments for candidates, and recommending offer amounts using offer tools and processes. You will manage the presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in making a hire. You will also be accountable for managing interactions with candidates in accordance with employment law and in a manner that fosters transparency, simplicity, and respect.
