You operate with a high degree of autonomy, reporting to the Technical Program Manager while functioning as the de facto project lead for everyone else: engineers, A&E consultants, GC, subcontractors, AHJs, and utilities. You set the schedule, you manage the vendors, you drive permitting, and you own the handoff to construction. You’re also expected to help build the function developing playbooks, mentoring Technical Project Managers, and identifying gaps in how Giga runs projects before those gaps become problems.
