About The Position

One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. This role involves leading a complex technology program focused on infrastructure, applications, security, and external suppliers. The ideal candidate will create credible plans, identify dependencies early, and maintain momentum across technical and business teams. The work requires a strong understanding of technical details, disciplined communication, and the ability to ensure decisions are practical for delivery teams, suppliers, and operational owners. The role demands working across teams with diverse incentives and decision rights, requiring concise preparation, visible dependencies, and diligent follow-through. Senior colleagues are expected to own substantial outcomes, help others make better decisions, recognize and communicate risks pragmatically, and offer practical alternatives. The role still involves hands-on delivery, with seniority defined by broader judgment rather than distance from the work.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership of complex IT projects or programmes.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, applications, and security delivery.
• Supplier and contract management experience.
• Evidence of calm risk and dependency management.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and executives.
• Professional English.
• Ability to understand the substance of a technical disagreement and move it toward a decision.

Nice To Haves

• Swedish language skills.
• Cloud or data centre migration experience.
• ERP or Microsoft 365 transformation experience.
• Delivery experience across several countries or regulated entities.
• A background in technical delivery, consulting, engineering management, or programme leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated delivery plan.
• Coordinate technical, business, and supplier workstreams.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
• Prepare steering decisions with clear evidence and options.
• Lead delivery forums and remove cross-team blockers.
• Protect operational readiness, migration, and handover activities.
