About The Position

Osmo is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead program management for Fragrance House, reporting to the SVP of Product Management. The role owns the plan, schedule, metrics, and risks for a portfolio spanning the software platform and AI tools, customer programs, new product launches, and manufacturing operations, both in-house and with contract manufacturers. The Senior Technical Program Manager partners with product management and engineering to define and deliver the platform, then ensures it connects effectively to lab, manufacturing, and shipping operations. The role also owns the path from a signed order or customer brief through formulation, sampling, production, quality release, and shipment, ensuring products meet specifications and committed dates. This position leads across teams without direct authority, using written plans and data to understand constraints, manage trade-offs, and maintain progress. The position is based in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The posting specifies five days in the office or a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.
