About The Position

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead technical strategy and execution for Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) engagements across NVIDIA Nemotron and NVIDIA Cosmos. The role takes domain-specific AI use cases from initial discussions through model and harness customization and into production. Each engagement involves NVIDIA, a partner, and an end customer, and this position serves as the key interface keeping all three aligned. The role sets technical direction, translates use cases into plans with scope, milestones, and success criteria, and works with FDEs and partner engineers to understand data, evaluation, post-training, and deployment needs. It also shapes delivery processes and reusable artifacts, advances agreements and access needs, manages risks and blockers, and shares field insights with Product, Engineering, and Research. The program leader is expected to use AI agents and agentic workflows to automate program activities while carefully reviewing their output. The position works closely with FDE, sales, partner, and solutions teams and communicates progress and decisions to leadership. It requires technical depth, ecosystem experience, sound judgment, and the ability to deliver in complex, multi-party environments with uncertainty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years in technical program management, solutions architecture, forward deployed engineering, or technical customer delivery.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-party programs from proof of concept to production.
  • Working knowledge of the LLM post-training lifecycle, including data, evaluation, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and deployment, with sufficient depth to engage credibly with ML engineers.
  • Practical comfort with Python and cloud and GPU infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience using AI agents and agentic workflows to run programs, including planning, tracking, and reporting, and judgment to validate their output.
  • Experience across the open model, post-training and harness, and cloud provider ecosystems, including multi-company engagements with executives.
  • Experience shaping SOWs and agreements, working with legal and procurement, and handling data sharing and governance.
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and decisions with incomplete information, define metrics, and drive outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Built custom agentic solutions that automate program and engagement work, with a track record of delivering faster, better results.
  • Strong record of coordinating multi-party engagements and driving delivery for complex technical efforts.
  • Prior experience working with FDEs or in FDE engagements.
  • Proactive approach and ability to move engagements forward amid uncertainty or ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Set the technical direction for each FDE engagement and act as the main point of contact for NVIDIA, the partner, and the end customer.
  • Turn use cases into clear plans with scope, milestones, and success criteria, and keep all parties aligned through production.
  • Build trust and shared goals across NVIDIA, partners, and customers.
  • Automate program work using AI agents, including SOWs, status updates, meeting synthesis, and risk flags; build and share agent workflows and review their output.
  • Work with FDEs and partner engineers to understand use cases, data, evaluation, post-training, and deployment paths; scope engagements and identify risks early.
  • Shape data and program strategy and make technical decisions that drive outcomes.
  • Define repeatable delivery processes and artifacts, and turn successful approaches into playbooks, templates, and reusable agent workflows.
  • Drive engagements through delivery; work with legal and partner teams on agreements, data sharing, and compute access; and clear blockers early.
  • Assess partners, use cases, open model builders, and cloud providers to identify where NVIDIA can add value and recognize recurring patterns.
  • Coordinate with FDEs, sales, partner, and solutions teams; align NVIDIA and partner priorities; and report progress to leadership.
  • Bring patterns and insights from the field to Product, Engineering, and Research.
