About The Position

John Hancock is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the Retail Long-Term Care (RLTC) re-rate program. This role will involve detailed, hands on work with all phases of the re-rate process: filing, analysis, build, QA, implementation, and ongoing run for the program. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of re-rate from a non-IT and IT perspective. The role being advertised is an existing vacancy.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of LTC Re-Rate Experience
• Experience with EXL LifePRO Administration System
• Experience with Pega Workflow Systems
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Working knowledge of IT Development practices
• Working knowledge of IT Quality Engineering practices
• Strong Written/Verbal communication skills required

Nice To Haves

• Scrum/Agile Practitioner preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the RLTC Re-Rate team in their execution of RLTC Rounds/Waves
• Serve as the SME for technical questions and capabilities
• Work with various stakeholders and anticipate future issues
• Interact with senior leaders and provide SME level knowledge in meetings and presentations.
