About The Position

Veriff is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take primary ownership of their Biometric Authentication product. This product is crucial for moving customers from one-time identity checks to continuous, lifecycle-long trust, enabling silent re-verification, step-up authentication, and fraud prevention. The role involves driving customer research, competitive roadmap strategy, and pricing in close collaboration with machine learning, engineering, design, sales, and go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate will operate autonomously, embrace cross-functional collaboration, and be comfortable with experimentation and rapid shipping in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with distributed, international teams. This position is for a Product Manager who is driven by adoption, conversion, and revenue, rather than just managing a feature backlog.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
  • Background in authentication, security, or identity.
  • Ability to program is a plus; capable of querying, debugging, and performing root cause analysis independently, even if not building ML models.
  • Previous Software Engineering / Data Science development experience.
