Requirements
- Platform Governance & Compliance Management experience with developer platforms, technology standards, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, engineering standards, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience translating security, risk, compliance, and architecture requirements into actionable epics, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Platform Engineering.
- Strong Program/Project Management skills including planning, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Expertise in risk management, audit readiness, compliance monitoring, control gap identification, and remediation tracking.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience with Platform Engineering and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
- Strong knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, Developer Portals, and Software Template frameworks.
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps.
- Experience implementing and governing cloud-native engineering frameworks and technology governance models.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, developer tooling ecosystems, and open-source technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, engineering modernization, or developer productivity programs.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO), SAFe Product Owner, or related governance/project management certifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
- Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
- Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
- Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability
