Senior Technical Product Manager

The job overview for this role is to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the LULA Risk Assessment product, prioritize tasks, and create an execution roadmap. The candidate will need to build domain expertise in the insurance industry to understand the needs of platform users and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, they will work closely with marketing and developer relations to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management, experience in building products and complex systems at scale, and a strong focus on product quality and design.

• Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the LULA Risk Assessment product, prioritize accordingly, and create an execution roadmap
• Build domain expertise in the insurance industry to deeply understand our platform users’ needs by spending time with platforms, customers, sales, and support, and by observing patterns/trends across their feedback and the market
• Define OKRs and set the pace, prioritization and execution for the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations
• Work closely with Marketing, developer relations & developer marketing to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption
• Brings 3-5 years of experience in B2B product management role
• Has partnered closed with engineers and designers to build products (especially front end surfaces) and complex systems at scale
• Has an obsession with product quality and an eye for design
• Understands importance of Compliance
