About the position
Lula is a Series A, VC-backed insurtech startup based in Miami, FL, US that is revolutionizing the insurance industry by rethinking how insurance is priced, sold, and managed. As a tech company first and foremost, Lula aims to upgrade the insurance industry's infrastructure to seamlessly integrate insurance into businesses. They are seeking a B2B Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to develop the long-term vision and strategy for their Risk Assessment product, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product awareness and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the LULA Risk Assessment product, prioritize accordingly, and create an execution roadmap
- Build domain expertise in the insurance industry to deeply understand our platform users' needs
- Spend time with platforms, customers, sales, and support to observe patterns/trends across their feedback and the market
- Define OKRs and set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations
- Work closely with Marketing, developer relations & developer marketing to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption
- Bring 3-5 years of experience in a B2B product management role
- Partner closely with engineers and designers to build and improve the product

- Ability to develop long-term vision and strategy for a product
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and platform users' needs
- Ability to define OKRs and set pace, prioritization, and execution for a team
- Collaboration skills with stakeholders across different departments
- Experience in launching new features and driving product awareness and adoption
