About The Position

The Senior Technical Lead collaborates with the eCommerce team and business analysts, providing technical solution design leadership from an enterprise application perspective. The role leads the design and implementation of Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain initiatives, develops custom integrations with internal and external systems, and supports Oracle Cloud reporting, data management, configuration, and troubleshooting. The position also provides end-user support and partners with a Technical Program Manager on process improvement projects. This is a full-time remote position. Reliable internet access is required, and the role involves sitting or standing at a desk while working on a computer for extended periods.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent job-related experience.
7–10 years of relevant experience.
5 years of Oracle Cloud development experience.
Experience with report-writer software, such as Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI Reporting, and working with Engineering teams.
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the Oracle Cloud field.
Strong background in ERP systems.
Oracle Cloud REST experience is mandatory, along with API proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Experience with MySQL, SQL Server, Postgres, and BigQuery, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain projects or programs by analyzing internal and external customer and stakeholder requirements.
Design and develop custom interfaces with internal and external systems using published APIs, working with Engineering through the full IT lifecycle.
Liaise with internal eCommerce engineering teams by writing specifications, coordinating testing, troubleshooting systems, and tracing data flows across platforms.
Develop Oracle Cloud OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
Manage the UCM server, including retrieval.
Partner with Accounting and Supply Chain to prepare and upload Oracle Cloud FBDI and AdFBI.
Ensure Visual Builder and Visual Builder Studio are properly configured and functioning for Oracle Cloud AI Agent Building and custom reporting.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical system errors, including overall system performance issues; develop solutions that may involve modifications, enhancements, or new procedures.
Continuously build business knowledge and use it to improve current and future implementations.
Communicate with stakeholders across IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Accounting, and Finance.
Seek and develop solutions to challenges that limit the organization's potential.
Provide end-user support by working with SNOW to resolve functional and technical tickets.
Partner with the dedicated Technical Program Manager on process improvement projects.
