The Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager is a crucial team member for the Technical Enablement Programs organization. This role owns the creation and delivery of dedicated programming to support the overarching efforts of our technical enablement team. You are the conductor of enablement programming to ensure role efficacy and the steward of deep product expertise across all of our technical audiences. You will work directly with the technical enablement program managers team to implement our most important programs. In this role, you will go upstream and collaborate with technical leadership, Operations, Product, Product Marketing, the CTO organization, and our broader enablement teams to ensure that as our processes evolve and our product grows, our technical field teams have the deep-dive knowledge required to effectively position, implement, and support our solutions.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years proven experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements within a fast-paced, high-tech B2B environment.
Deep Technical Acumen: Mandatory and demonstrable advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and technical troubleshooting.
Exceptional Program Management: Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects across various timelines. You are a powerful and effective communicator for both executives and individual contributors.
Executive Engagement: Ability to consult, influence, and drive decision-making with senior leadership and executives. Strong initiative-taking and project ownership skills.
Exceptional Collaboration: Ability to effectively partner with Product Management, Technical Enablement Teams, Operations, and Technical Leadership to bridge the gap between "product built" and "product supported/sold."

Technical Field Expertise: Demonstrated experience supporting, enabling, or working directly with technical sales, architecture, professional services, or technical support teams.
Architectural Fluency: Strong understanding of how to translate technical product specs and "how-it-works" logic into field-consumable materials (playbooks, troubleshooting guides, configuration SOPs).

Responsibilities

Ensure Technical Efficacy: Be the voice of the technical field on New Product Introductions. You'll rapidly absorb complex architectural changes and translate them into actionable, high-impact technical requirements—answering the essential questions for our technical teams: "How do we deploy this?" "How do we troubleshoot it?" and "What are the known limitations?"
Build the Technical Toolkit: Convert product updates into the "Survival Guide" the field uses every day. This includes everything from implementation playbooks and API documentation summaries to troubleshooting trees and technical checklists.
(Co)Design Impactful Programs: You are the strategic mind building programs that ensure our technical teams have the product, process, tool, and best practice knowledge needed for excellence. From onboarding to ongoing enablement and strategic initiatives, you drive our teams to success with measurable, worldwide programming.
Drive Operational Alignment: Partner with key stakeholders in Operations, Strategic Programs, the CTO organization, and technical leaders directly to ensure global alignment across technical roles, elevating best practices and driving both efficiency and consistency.
Technical Liaison: Serve as the strategic hub between technical leadership (who defines role-based gaps), implementation groups, the Content Creation team, AI tool builders, and more. Some days will be heavily focused on Program Management—making sure critical projects that benefit the broader enablement team cross the finish line. Other days will be more hands-on—influencing requirements, rapidly prototyping, or whipping up content yourself. You will translate complex technical workflows into precise content requirements and lab scoping documents for production. When you’re at your best, our SMEs spend more time in the field and less time on content.
Facilitate Key Sessions: You’re not just a partner behind the scenes; you are the face of technical enablement programming for your audiences. You lead key enablement sessions, can create a killer deck, and get to know your audience well.
Lifecycle Knowledge Manager: Working with our content builders and governance teams, you take full responsibility for the key materials needed for our technical roles to succeed. You will consistently review, refresh, and retire outdated guides and documentation to ensure our technical knowledge base is always current and accurate.
Enablement Impact: Go beyond delivery by actively measuring the effectiveness of technical enablement programs. Use field data, engagement metrics, and audience feedback to drive constant improvement, optimizing for technical proficiency and quantifiable success in the field.
Stakeholder Consultant: You are the face of and strategic thought leader for technical enablement for our internal audiences. You build effective relationships with field leaders, individual contributors, supporting teams, and enablement leadership. You are these teams’ trusted advisor in all aspects of technical enablement.
