This role requires a deep understanding of both business needs and technical engineering requirements to deliver quality digital products and optimize operational workflows. The analyst will perform cost, benefit, and risk analyses, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and translate these into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and validation plans. They will also contribute to product documentation, project planning, and potentially assist with deployment coordination. Applying systems engineering methodologies and conducting thorough root cause analysis are key aspects of this position.
