About The Position
We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong, sustained growth and looking to add a Senior Tax Associate to their St. Louis team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2–5+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Nice To Haves
- CPA or pursuing CPA preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for a diverse client base
- Assist with tax planning and compliance across multiple industries
- Conduct tax research and analyze complex tax issues
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of engagements
- Collaborate with team members and communicate directly with clients
