About The Position

As a Tax Senior, you will be a key member of the engagement team, helping clients navigate complex tax matters while expanding your technical expertise and advisory capabilities. You will work with clients across a variety of industries and collaborate with experienced tax professionals, Managers, and Partners. The role offers opportunities to build client relationships, participate in planning and consulting engagements, and develop leadership skills through meaningful client work, mentorship, and increasing responsibility. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of tax experience; public accounting experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to outstanding client service and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

• CPA, EA, or JD credential, or progress toward a professional credential.
• Public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex business and individual tax returns, projections, and related filings accurately and in accordance with firm and professional standards.
• Research technical tax issues, develop recommendations, and identify planning opportunities to help clients navigate complex tax matters and make informed decisions.
• Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted day-to-day resource and delivering responsive, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver practical solutions, manage priorities, and support successful client engagements.
• Review associates’ work, provide coaching and mentorship, and contribute to learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
