The role includes preparing federal and state returns, assisting with compliance and tax planning engagements, coordinating client information and engagement workflows, researching tax matters, and supporting scalable tax policies and procedures. It also involves communicating with clients and internal and external stakeholders, coordinating engagement strategy and progress with the Tax Director, and contributing to proposals and new business opportunities. Multiple engagements and deadlines must be managed, with occasional extended hours during peak filing periods. The position is hybrid, with team members strongly encouraged to work in the office three days per week. Base salary is $100,000–$115,000, commensurate with experience, with a performance bonus opportunity.
