In collaboration with hiring managers, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the creation and implementation of multifaceted recruitment strategies to drive hiring initiatives, which may include critical staffing areas. The Senior Talent Specialist will ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment life cycle. Additionally, the Senior Talent Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate skill levels, drive interview best practices, prepare and negotiate offers, document candidate activity, and disposition all candidates. With the support of TA Leadership, the Senior Talent Specialist will identify trends and suggest innovative solutions to complex talent-sourcing challenges. An essential function of this role is to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, including external business contacts, and serve as a trusted TA subject matter expert. As an experienced thought partner, the Senior Talent Specialist will also serve as an ambassador to the TA team and hiring managers to provide expertise related to ongoing project work and initiatives. This position will leverage a deep understanding of the organizational business operations relative to talent acquisition.
