About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and execution-minded People Op’s & Talent Partner to own, scale, and elevate the talent lifecycle, employee experience, and HR operations for our STX Americas region (New York, Houston, and Mexico). This regional ownership role bridges the gap between the high-level people strategy and seamless day-to-day execution. You will design, optimize, and oversee our regional HR operations, proactive recruitment, high-impact talent retention strategies, and regional Traineeship program. This role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, HR business partnership, and regional operations for STX Americas. We are looking for a seasoned People professional who brings depth across all three disciplines and the credibility to operate as a true business partner to senior leadership. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and who wants to play a key part in how people experience STX day to day - from their first day onboarding, to the workplace they show up to, to the support they receive when they have questions or when in need of advice. The impact is meaningful and visible across the business.
