We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy HR professional to support and improve people operations across a growing multi-state organization. This role will oversee payroll processing, onboarding, leave administration, people systems, reporting and analytics, employee communications, and special projects while helping modernize and streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate is organized and operationally strong, but also creative, curious, and comfortable using technology, social media, AI tools, and new ideas to improve how work gets done. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and independently moving ideas into action.
