About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes. To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we’ve built a unified digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits, and virtual care. This role will own end-to-end recruiting across the business, with a focus on both technical functions - including Eng, Product, and Data - as well as corporate functions such as Commercial and G&A. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise recruiting for technical roles and uses that lens to elevate hiring across all searches. This role will play a key part in shaping recruiting strategy, improving processes, and elevating how we attract and hire talent. If you thrive in a growth-stage environment and enjoy building as you go, this is a high-impact opportunity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated focus on technical hiring (Engineering, Product, Data/Analytics), ideally in a startup or high-growth environment (healthtech a plus)
  • Proven ability to source and close technical talent (engineers, PMs, data scientists) at all levels, with the versatility to recruit across corporate functions as well
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide strategy and improve performance
  • High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and systems, including Greenhouse
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and a demonstrated interest in leveraging technology to improve outcomes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting with a tech-first focus — driving searches across Engineering, Product, and Data — while also supporting corporate functions as needed
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, calibrate profiles, and drive efficient processes
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across multiple channels
  • Design structured, inclusive interview processes that enable strong, data-driven hiring decisions
  • Use recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify gaps, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve outcomes
  • Act as a strategic advisor on search strategy, market intel and candidate insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and leadership to support headcount planning/tracking and hiring priorities
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improving processes, tools, and overall recruiting efficiency
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting best practices, tools, and market trends
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, resume screening, outreach optimization, interview note synthesis) to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and emerging AI-enabled platforms like Juicebox to build scalable pipelines and mitigate fraud
  • Experiment with and adopt new technologies (e.g., talent intelligence tools, automated scheduling, AI-assisted search) to drive efficiency
  • Use AI to enhance judgment in candidate evaluation and stakeholder decision-making
  • Stay current on evolving trends in AI within Talent Acquisition and proactively bring ideas to the team

Benefits

  • We are human first
  • We redefine what is possible
  • We debate then commit
  • We cultivate grit
  • We seek to delight
