This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and is responsible for owning and leading US hiring across the GTM (Go-To-Market) and product organizations end-to-end. This includes partnering directly with senior leadership, such as the President, COO, and Chief Product Officer, on critical hires. The role is also responsible for hiring across various teams including AE, strategic and enterprise sales, technical sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing. It is a senior craft role with a varied portfolio, involving founding-team-shaping moments and building the US revenue engine. The position is heavily outbound-focused, requiring the ability to generate engagement and build a pipeline of conversations. The Senior Talent Partner will also play a key role in building hx's brand presence in the US through events, employer brand initiatives, and market engagement. This role is based in NYC and is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office. The individual will be the first member of the People team in the US, anchoring the US hiring presence and partnering closely with the London-based team across time zones. The role emphasizes execution, candidate experience, prioritization, urgency, judgment, and consistent delivery in a fast-paced environment. It also involves operating as an AI-leveraged builder, creating automations, dashboards, and AI-native workflows. Bringing market intelligence back to the business is also a key responsibility.
