About The Position

Rho is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to own talent acquisition for its Go-To-Market organization, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. This role reports to the Head of People & Talent and is based in San Francisco or Salt Lake City, requiring a 5-day-a-week in-office presence. The Senior GTM Recruiter will manage GTM hiring funnels end-to-end, enhance recruitment velocity for critical roles, and utilize AI as a tool to improve efficiency. The People function at Rho actively integrates AI into its workflows, encouraging team members to be builders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Go-To-Market roles (sales, customer success, or sales engineering hiring).
  • Demonstrated passion for experimentation and leveraging AI, testing new sourcing channels, and iterating on processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of the GTM talent market, including understanding where top talent congregates and how to engage them.
  • Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, financial services, or similar rigorous organizations.
  • Proven operational excellence, including running disciplined searches, meeting timelines, and coaching hiring managers.
  • Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively represent Rho to candidates and candidates to hiring managers.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.
  • A bias toward action.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with top GTM talent in fintech, SaaS, and financial services, and find creative ways to reach passive candidates.
  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for GTM roles, including sourcing strategy, screening calls, panel coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and refine hiring processes for GTM teams, and advise hiring managers on search strategies and evaluation techniques.
  • Utilize a blend of creativity and data analysis in recruiting, experimenting with messaging and sourcing channels to optimize conversion rates.
  • Track and improve key recruitment metrics such as pipeline coverage, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance Rho's talent brand within the GTM sector.
