Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in leadership, HR, consulting, talent development, coaching, business development, professional services or similar senior fields
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills
- Experience engaging with senior professionals, business owners or decision‑makers
- A growth‑oriented mindset and interest in leadership development
- Confidence working independently and managing your own time
- Commercial awareness and a results‑driven approach
- Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication
Responsibilities
- Lead thoughtful, high‑value conversations with professionals exploring leadership development or career direction
- Support individuals navigating transitions, leadership challenges or professional growth goals
- Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured consultations
- Apply your leadership, HR, talent development or consulting experience to support clients effectively
- Use modern digital tools (including AI‑supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow
- Maintain professional communication, follow‑up and relationship management
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities
