About The Position

This role focuses on building and optimizing the systems, processes, and data that support a large Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Talent Enablement Partner will be responsible for ensuring the tools and processes used by over 40 recruiters and talent professionals are seamless, allowing them to focus on candidates and hiring managers. This is a proactive role aimed at improving the talent function through automation and AI, treating the recruiting team as the customer and the systems as the product. The position involves optimizing the applicant tracking system, standardizing intake processes, and building dashboards for leadership insights. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Enablement and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and Analytics teams.

  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing an applicant tracking system or comparable enterprise platform, with Workday experience a plus
  • A track record of building and improving processes, tools, and reporting on your own initiative rather than only maintaining what exists
  • Ability to build reporting and dashboards in Excel or a BI tool that leaders actually use to make decisions
  • Experience designing and documenting processes, standards, and playbooks that teams adopt in practice, ideally across multiple teams or geographies
  • Familiarity with recruiting automation and AI-enabled tools
  • Ability to translate what recruiters need into solutions that technology and analytics partners can build
