Job Purpose: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for owning and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the Americas. This role partners closely with People Experience Business Partners, Executive Leadership, and Business Leaders to ensure hiring needs are met efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with company values and workforce planning objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple business functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience recruiting executive, senior leadership, and highly specialized positions.
  • Experience owning multiple complex and confidential searches simultaneously.
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability partner with senior stakeholders (VP-level and above), including the ability to push back, set expectations, and influence hiring decisions
  • Advanced sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and executive search techniques.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across the United States, Canada, and Latin America (LATAM), with knowledge of regional labor markets, employment practices, and cross-border recruiting.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Some travel required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work a 7.5-hour business workday; occasional evening or extended hours may be required to support business needs.
  • This job requires 4 days a week in office presence, from Monday - Thursday, in our New York office

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment for positions across all business functions, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner directly with C-suite executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, People Experience Business Partners (PXBPs), and business leaders to understand organizational priorities, workforce planning needs, and hiring strategies.
  • Own complex, confidential, and business-critical searches across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Recruit for positions ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Marketing, Creative, Administration, Operations, Copyright, Business Affairs, and other corporate functions.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, talent mapping, competitive hiring trends, and strategic recruiting recommendations.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality active and passive talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders, hiring managers, and external talent networks.
  • Facilitate hiring strategy meetings and advise interview teams on best practices, candidate evaluation, and selection.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future organizational needs.
  • Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the execution of Talent Acquisition and People Experience initiatives, including employer branding, workforce planning, process optimization, recruiting technology, reporting, and other strategic projects.
