About The Position

The Senior Talent Consultant is responsible for developing and managing strategic client relationships while driving business growth across commercial, government, and military sectors. This role serves as a consultative advisor to organizations by identifying workforce development needs and recommending customized technology training and professional leadership development solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated business development professional with strong relationship management skills, experience in consultative sales, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities within a competitive market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in professional sales, consulting, business development, or marketing
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and develop strategic business opportunities
  • Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and strong business acumen
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM Platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Internet and web-based business tools
  • Mobile and communication technologies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD), military, federal government, or government contracting environments preferred
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive outbound business development initiatives across assigned accounts and target markets
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Expand and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and/or assigned book of business
  • Meet and exceed established revenue and performance goals
  • Conduct workforce and organizational development assessments to identify training and leadership needs
  • Present customized training and professional development solutions to prospective and existing clients
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Maintain ongoing communication and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop long-term strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, government agencies, contractors, and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of programs and services
  • Represent the organization at networking events, trade shows, business functions, and community events
  • Develop and leverage professional networks to support lead generation and market growth
  • Stay informed on workforce development trends, leadership initiatives, and industry opportunities within commercial and government sectors
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management within CRM systems
  • Monitor account activity, business opportunities, and sales performance metrics
  • Utilize CRM tools and reporting systems to support business planning and growth initiatives
