Mercer is seeking a talented Senior Human Resources Transformation (HRT) consultant to join their Career team. This role will lead HR transformation engagements that intentionally embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to accelerate value, improve decision-making, and modernize HR functions and operations. The consultant will develop business and client relationships, generate revenue through new client development, and lead client conversations about how AI and automation can unlock value for HR and the workforce. They will create solution proposals, demonstrate expertise in HR transformation and AI enablement, and serve as a local market representative. The role involves delivering client engagements end-to-end, leading delivery teams, managing project economics, and mentoring junior consultants. Additionally, the consultant will contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and go-to-market collateral, collaborating across Mercer and Marsh to leverage firm-wide capabilities.
