About The Position

Clean Harbors is looking for a Senior Talent Consultant responsible for recruiting and attracting talent consistent with workforce plans, functional plans, and company objectives. This role involves continuously bringing new ways of thinking to identify, attract, and recruit diverse talent within their assigned portfolio. The goal is to improve the quality, accuracy, and time to fill rates while consistently delivering diverse talent to the Company.
