About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team supporting hiring initiatives across North America. This individual contributor role will serve as a strategic recruitment partner, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced positions across a variety of business functions, including emerging technology sectors such as crypto, blockchain, and digital payments. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within a large, global, matrixed organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition within a large, global, and matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting experienced level talent in a corporate environment.
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, business acumen, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and standard recruitment practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for experienced positions across North America.
  • Develop and execute customized recruiting strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other market intelligence tools.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
  • Deliver an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners, including Compensation, Mobility, and People Business Partners, to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay current on talent market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
