About The Position

Roblox is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner, Engineering (Senior Technical Recruiter) to help build, scale, and influence its recruiting landscape. Requirements

At least 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical domains such as Engineering or Machine Learning.
Demonstrated success hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and creatively addressing complex recruiting challenges.
A data-driven approach and ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.

Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through close, for critical technical roles across Engineering, Engine, Creator, and Infrastructure.
Proactively source and engage talent using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms.
Influence and improve recruiting processes to help the team work more efficiently and at scale.
Share talent-market insights with hiring managers to guide leveling, compensation, and candidate-profile decisions.
Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.
Champion a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Roblox’s values and culture.
Maintain operational excellence through clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.
Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Partner strategically with hiring leaders, using recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.
