About The Position

CRL Technologies is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the HR Director. The specialist will manage a slate of open, predominantly TS-cleared requisitions, focusing on proactive, hands-on sourcing. Key responsibilities include owning hiring-manager relationships, maintaining ATS/req hygiene, and hitting time-to-fill targets. The role requires a hands-on operator capable of sourcing and closing at volume, with a strong understanding of LCATs and clearance processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or applicable/equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a cleared or government-contracting environment.
Experience sourcing TS-cleared talent.
Must be a hands-on operator able to personally source and close at volume.
Working knowledge of LCATs and clearance processes.
ATS experience.
Ability to manage many concurrent requisitions.
Must be a U.S. person able to work on-site at a cleared facility.

Nice To Haves

DoD or Intelligence Community recruiting experience.
Agency plus in-house recruiting background.
Sourcing certification (e.g., AIRS).
Southern Maryland / NAS Patuxent River market experience.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for cleared, billable positions and hit time-to-fill targets by clearance level.
Perform hands-on sourcing to raise qualified yield beyond inbound applicants.
Own hiring-manager relationships, including intake meetings and maintaining a visible pipeline.
Apply the LCAT matrix to candidates and coordinate with Security/FSO on clearances.
Utilize PM/VP referrals and capture-phase sourcing.
Maintain ATS/req hygiene.
