About The Position

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Toronto. This role is responsible for creating a great candidate experience, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent for Spectrum Health Care. Requirements

3+ years progressive experience in a talent acquisition role in a corporate environment
Experience with high-volume recruitment
Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management or related field
In office role (Bloor/Yonge, Toronto)

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including resume screening, interviews, and background checks
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding by gathering feedback and coaching hiring managers
Represent the company at recruitment events and build brand awareness through marketing and strategic partnerships
Proactively explore new recruitment channels and sourcing methods to attract top talent
Maintain strong internal relationships to anticipate hiring needs and continuously refine strategies
Monitor recruitment performance, stay current with industry trends, and develop a talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing
Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding and manage partnerships with schools and associations
