Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Developing and administering recruitment programs.
  • Managing the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with laws.
  • Reporting on recruitment outcomes and trends.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Identifying the right sources for advertising and posting positions.
  • Promoting our company to candidates and external partners.
  • Building a network of qualified candidates and conducting pre-screening and interviews.
  • Evaluating candidate evaluation tools and maintaining documentation.
  • Negotiating compensation packages and supporting hiring managers.
  • Conducting employment background checks and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborating with agencies, contractors, and online representatives.
  • Providing feedback on recruitment agencies and supporting various programs.
  • Conducting specialized or technical position searches.
  • Developing relationships with universities and talent sources.
  • Ensuring staffing aligns with our business goals.
  • Reporting to management on recruitment efforts.
  • Staying updated on EEO and ADA legislation and government compliance.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders and potentially traveling.
