Reporting to the VP of People, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role supporting the entire organization. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles and partner closely with the leadership team and hiring managers across the company. We believe every hire directly impacts our business, exceptional hiring is core to our future success. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll execute full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers). You’ll build and move high-quality candidate pipelines, serve as a strong ambassador for Nift in the market, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
