Savant is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team. This senior level recruiter supports the firm-wide talent acquisition process from candidate sourcing through evaluation and hiring. This includes ensuring deployment of a consistent, professional talent acquisition process that results in top talent, a positive experience for all candidates, and upholding a positive reputation of Savant. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in advancing Savant’s talent strategy by leading full-cycle recruitment for advisory, niche, and leadership/executive roles across the firm. This position blends high-touch search execution with strategic talent advisory, stewarding a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects Savant’s mission, values, and talent philosophy. As a key member of the Talent Effectiveness & Acquisition team, this role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent aligned to both current and future business needs.
