Encova Insurance is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help lead and support recruiting strategies that meet current and future business needs. In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with leaders across the organization to build strong candidate pipelines, strengthen our employment brand, and deliver innovative recruiting solutions that attract high-quality talent. The ideal candidate is an experienced, relationship-driven recruiter with at least five years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience and the ability to identify, engage, and close top talent in a competitive market. We are especially interested in someone who brings insurance industry recruiting experience, strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise, and an HR certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. This role is well suited for a strategic talent acquisition professional who can balance hands-on recruiting execution with consultative partnership, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
