Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of hiring for Engineering and other technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the confidence to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • A data-driven mindset, using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring performance.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Engineering roles (approximately 70% of your workload), from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Recruit for additional business-critical roles, including Product Managers, Platform Engineers, Performance Consultants, and other specialist positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies, provide market insights, and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and drive structured, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes.
  • Use recruitment data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring outcomes, processes, and stakeholder experience.
