About The Position

Dornier MedTech America (DMTA), a global urology company based in Kennesaw, Georgia, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and manage its full-cycle recruiting program. This newly created role is crucial for supporting DMTA's rapid growth, with the U.S. team doubling in headcount over the last five years. The specialist will be responsible for all hiring across the business, with a significant focus on sales and other revenue-generating roles, but also supporting office, administrative, field service engineer, warehouse, manufacturing, and senior-level positions. The role involves transitioning from reactive requisition filling to proactive pipeline development, maintaining the applicant tracking system (ClearCompany), and delivering key recruiting metrics to leadership. A particular priority is building a pipeline for specialized, travel-heavy field service engineer roles. This is a foundational opportunity to shape DMTA's recruiting function and facilitate rapid hiring.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience across a range of roles, including demonstrated success recruiting for sales or other revenue-generating positions.
  • Hands-on applicant tracking system experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Comfort building and reporting on recruiting metrics and communicating them clearly to non-HR leadership.
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills, including keeping a search moving with stakeholders who work at different speeds.
  • A genuine commitment to candidate experience, including staying in contact with candidates through longer hiring timelines.
  • A collaborative, high-energy fit with a small HR team that moves fast and takes an active part in company culture and events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a similar industry (medical device, healthcare, or another regulated or technical environment), with a track record of standing up recruiting quickly across sales and other functions at a national level.
  • Experience recruiting medical device sales talent specifically.
  • ClearCompany experience.
  • Technically savvy, including comfort integrating AI into recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruiting for all DMTA requisitions across every function, from intake through offer and close, with a heavy focus on sales and other revenue-generating roles.
  • Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines for both sales and non-sales roles, rather than recruiting only as requisitions open.
  • Build a national bench of field service engineer candidates, including active outreach to and involvement in the military veteran community, a strong source of talent for DMTA's service team.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners when they are engaged for high-volume periods or specialized searches.
  • Administer and optimize DMTA's use of ClearCompany, keeping requisition and candidate data clean, current, and reportable.
  • Own and deliver the monthly time to fill report to Sales and HR leadership, along with recurring metrics reporting on time to fill, pipeline conversion, and source of hire.
  • Track and report on time to fill, quality of hire, and quota-readiness outcomes for new sales hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, interview planning, and selection decisions, and support the hiring manager satisfaction survey process.
  • Support DMTA's employer brand campaign, including managing growing applicant volume while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • Maintain compliance with DMTA hiring practices, EEO requirements, and documentation standards throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance effective day one of employment
  • 401(k) with company match of 50% on contributions up to 6% (3% maximum match), eligible after 30 days
  • FSA options
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Wellness programs
  • Professional development and education support
