About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across all phases of our organization, with a primary focus on Phase 1 operations. This is a remote position focused on identifying, attracting, screening, and securing top-tier talent for specialized and high-performance roles. The ideal candidate is an elite-level recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, executive sourcing, research-driven hiring strategies, and building pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions. We are specifically seeking someone with experience recruiting within healthcare environments and a proven ability to identify qualified, dependable, and high-performing professionals. This role requires exceptional communication skills, independent judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven success recruiting healthcare professionals and specialized positions
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate outreach experience
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify qualified and high-performing healthcare talent
  • High-level professionalism, discretion, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding
  • Develop recruiting strategies for specialized research and growth-focused roles
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluations
  • Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and leadership
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Create job descriptions and recruitment campaigns
  • Track hiring metrics and maintain organized recruiting records
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Advise leadership on hiring trends, compensation expectations, and talent availability
