About The Position
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a strategic and operational role in driving talent acquisition for key staff, executive, director, managerial, and specialized professional positions across Goodwill Industries of North Florida. The role designs and executes full-lifecycle recruitment strategies to source, attract, assess, and place high-caliber leadership talent aligned with organizational strategy and mission priorities. It also builds proactive talent pipelines, manages candidate experiences, partners closely with executive leadership, and oversees recruitment metrics and operational reporting to support effective talent acquisition across all business units.
