About The Position

G42 Americas is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on non-technical business functions. This senior individual-contributor role recruits senior corporate and commercial leaders across areas such as Finance, Legal and Compliance, Human Resources, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. The role requires advising executives, identifying talent beyond familiar networks, and managing searches personally from initial conversations through successful hires. The position introduces G42 Americas to US executives who may be unfamiliar with the organization, explains the opportunity in terms relevant to their ambitions, and builds interest through credible conversations. The successful candidate delivers leaders against agreed business needs, develops trusted executive relationships, and strengthens market knowledge and talent pipelines. This is a hybrid role, with half of working time spent in the Bellevue, Washington office at Lincoln Square North.

  • A record of hiring senior leaders across multiple corporate or commercial functions and strong knowledge of the US executive talent market.
  • Experience winning candidate interest for a less-established employer, a new business, or an opportunity requiring more explanation than brand recognition can provide.
  • Judgment and business understanding to advise senior executives, challenge assumptions constructively, and navigate confidential or changing requirements.
  • Strong research, direct outreach, assessment, and negotiation skills, supported by clear writing and persuasive, accurate communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • A combination of search-firm and in-house experience.

  • Map relevant companies and functions, approach passive candidates directly, develop referral relationships across industries, and build connections ahead of hiring needs.
  • Tailor recruiting outreach to executives’ ambitions and concerns; partner with Marketing, Communications, and Human Resources on clear messages using approved information and distinguishing business plans from confirmed commitments.
  • Advise hiring leaders on market conditions, candidate fit, and practical options when requirements or expectations need to change.
  • Use structured, role-related assessments and thoughtful references; keep candidates informed, protect confidentiality, and support clear, evidence-based interview decisions.
  • Understand candidate priorities, anticipate obstacles, and work with hiring leaders and Total Rewards on offers that balance candidate expectations with business needs.
