As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead full-cycle recruiting to attract skilled professional, technical, and hard-to-fill talent that powers our industrial construction projects. Through strong hiring-manager partnerships, strategic sourcing, and data-driven insights, you will directly shape our workforce and drive project and business success. CIC Construction is the employee-owned construction platform of CIC Group, bringing together the expertise and capabilities of NOOTER and WYATT to serve industrial customers across North America. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles
  • Experience supporting hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • High-level sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
  • Skilled in delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting to attract skilled professional, technical, and hard-to-fill talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions.
  • Proactively engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry partnerships.
  • Conduct screening interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, coordinate interview processes, and schedule pre-employment and development assessments.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and labor-market trends to advise leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and campus recruiting events.
