About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related discipline. (Required)
10+ years talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. (Required)
Understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry standards. High
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. High
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. High
Using recruitment software and tools. High

Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and handing off to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for current and future roles, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining high-touch communication and support.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices, leveraging insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Support and own various programs and ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition function, driving initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates, working closely with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, outside recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders.
Partner with the team to strengthen our brand and presence in the industry and each market, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
