We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across our corporate functions. Your Impact As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and leaders across the organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle while helping Vacatia attract top talent, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You'll manage searches across a variety of corporate functions while leveraging your technology recruiting expertise to support specialized and hard-to-fill positions when needed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive corporate full-cycle recruiting experience; background in agency recruiting is a plus
  • Proven success recruiting for corporate and professional-level positions across multiple business functions
  • Experience recruiting technology talent, including software engineering, product, IT, infrastructure, or related technical roles
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with executives, senior leaders, and hiring managers in a consultative capacity
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and talent evaluation skills
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven approach to recruiting
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; ClearCompany is highly preferred
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to improve hiring outcomes

  • Experience supporting both corporate and technical hiring functions
  • Familiarity with employer branding, talent marketing, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance for corporate and professional positions
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruiting and workforce planning strategies
  • Recruit for positions across Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Customer Experience and Operations.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Conduct intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and hiring debriefs
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent availability trends to hiring leaders
  • Guide hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate assessment, and selection processes
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, reporting, and pipeline management within the applicant tracking system
  • Support recruiting operations, process improvements, and talent acquisition initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness and scalability
